Debbie is an experienced Architectural and Urban Design Associate with more than 18 years of industry practice in Australia, the United States, and the UK. Her career began as an Architect in Australia with a focus on the design and construction of luxury residential and hospitality projects of all scales.

Later in London and New York, she led large-scale local and international urban design projects in masterplanning, strategic redevelopment, and complex planning applications for mixed-use infrastructure developments. Debbie’s large-scale experience also extends to NSIPs (UK), zoning resolutions and the ULURP process (NYC).

As one of JTP’s Associates, Debbie predominantly works on large-scale urban design projects from concept to planning application. Building on her practical experiences, Debbie enjoys leading strategic urban and brownfield placemaking projects where the focus is on providing exemplary spaces for all, within challenging frameworks.

Her recent projects with JTP include Worcestershire Parkway; a vision for a sustainable community at Harrington, the regeneration of North Finchley Town Centre where JTP ran a series of events including walkabouts, workshops and exhibitions with the local community; and developing a vision and masterplan at Elton Reservoir in Manchester.
